Production Vulnerability Management
Vulnerability is a potential cause of failure which is likely to result in a delay to start-up and/or production deferral that does not yet have a plan to mitigate the defined consequence. Alternative terminologies commonly used include a weakness, susceptibility, a liability, a threat or an exposure.
Vulnerabilities are deviations from the original design intent and operating basis which, if not provided with adequate mitigation, are likely to result in a delay to start-up, plant trips, production deferrals and other related events post commissioning and operations. We will help you develop VM processes through systematic identification of production vulnerabilities based on based on changes from original design and operating basis, with actions to manage on-going reliability, ensuring ownership, risk prioritization and resourcing of any resulting mitigation actions.
